Admission Procedure

Admission 2026-27 in IIHS, KUK
ADMISSION WILL BE PURELY ON MERIT BASIS, There is no entrance test

Prospectus and Application Form will be available from 1st June 2026 on the Website:

Important Note: The application form should be filled Online using the website of the Institute:

  • A Candidate must have PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra), a valid Phone number, E-mail Id, and Aadhaar card for registration and filling of admission form online at https://iums.kuk.ac.in/anon_admissionHome.htm
  • Download the Prospectus available on Admission Home page of www.kuk.ac.in/iihs or https://iums.kuk.ac.in/anon_admissionHome.htm, read it carefully before applying.
  • Before filling the application form, keep ready your recent photograph, 10th DMC, 10+2 DMC or DMC of equivalent examination, Caste certificate (if reserved) and Income proof certificate (if BC or EWS) or any other relevant certificate in form of softcopy in any image format.
  • Other relevant certificates, if applicable, like NCC/NSS/ESM/PH/SPORTS/USSMS/Character Certificate/Caste certificate etc should also be kept ready.
  • In order to apply online; the student should follow the steps given in the prospectus under the heading ‘Procedure to apply’
  • Please give complete and accurate information in the Application Form for online admission.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to fill all details clearly and correctly. Any wrong or misleading information may lead to the cancellation of admission.
  • The Institute has no refund policy for multiple deposit of fee. Do review complete Application Form before final submission. If you still have any technical issue, mail us at admissionsiihs@kuk.ac.in.
  • Before Final submission, read all the details carefully, as you will not be able to edit it again.
  • The candidate can take a Print Copy of Application Form for his/her reference.
  • The candidate is required to pay Prospectus fee of ₹ 500/-(for General Category) and ₹ 125/- (For SC/BC/Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only)
  • After successful completion of Application Form, Pay the required FEE ONLINE on the admission portal using their login.
  • A student can also apply for multiple courses with an additional fee of ₹ 100/- (for General) and ₹ 25/- (For SC/BC/Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) for each additional form.
  • Last date for submission of online Application Forms for all programmes is June 21st, 2026 upto 23:59 hrs.

For Complete admission procedure please refer to Admission schedule dates. For Admission, the students must appear physically in the Premises of the Institute with original documents on the prescribed date and time. After admission and selection of subjects, the candidates must pay his/her Fees ONLINE within given days or dates mentioned in tables on the admission portal using their login. If they fail to do so, their admission will stand cancelled.
